CVS Daily Facial Cleanser: A Diamond in the Rough! (Get Some FREE!)

I have really interesting skin. It's dry, and flakes if I don't have enough moisture. But at the same time, I get blemishes if I use too much moisture. I've been searching for the perfect facial soap for years. I liked Mary Kay, but it is a little on the pricey side. I liked Olay, but I felt I was always fighting dryness.

When I was visiting my Aunt last month, I forgot my Olay Daily Facials, which I had been using for a while now. I was about to send my brother out to the store to get some, when my Aunt said, why don't you try my Cetaphil Cleanser? I have terribly dry skin, and it really gives me a great moisture balance." So, while I was there I tried it.

I really loved the Cetaphil! I didn't have to slather the moisturizer on, nor scrape the flakes off before putting on my makeup.

I bet you're wondering why I'm going on and on about Cetaphil, when the title says, "CVS." Well, I got back home, and decided to bite the bullet and buy the Cetaphil, even though it may be a little more expensive than Olay.

While I was looking in the aisles, I saw the CVS Daily Facial Cleanser. It said "compare to Cetaphil" on the front, so I did! I'm telling you, it was exactly the same! It feels clean with no residue when I rinse it off. It even takes my eye makeup off. From the first day I used it, my skin has not been tight, or flaky, and I have had no blemishes. I haven't even had as many clogged pores that I can't resist trying to squeeze out! (Oh, you know what I mean!)

So, I recommend CVS daily Facial Cleanser to everyone, especially those who have been trying to find something that won't dry you out, while cutting down on blemishes.

Hi Sarah!
I'm actually happy with the cleansing products I currently use, so don't really need to be included in your drawing. However, I thought I'd drop in anyway to say this review/give away blog is a nice addition to Real Life.
Good luck with getting lots of entrants!

Hi, I am going through "the change" and have been taken off of a hormone! Besides dealing with the emotional differences and the "sweats", my skin is driving me crazy! I have always had mostly oily skin! Now, I am breaking out and yet my skin is dry in places. Please enter me in your generous drawing. I appreciate it!
Thanks,Cindi

I use this, and I love it. I'm so glad to have found a cheaper alternative to Cetaphil.

My skin gets dry too and where I live the humidity is usually very low. That's why I love this stuff. :)

I didn't realize you have two sites now. I was already subscribed to your other one, but now I've subscribed to this one as well. :)

I subscribe to the Real Life site, but somehow missed this one. That is remedied now, LOL:)

I have been using Noxzema for years for my face wash, but have similar problems to what you described. As a huge CVS fan myself, I may have to go spend some "bucks" to try this even if I don't win. Thanks for the suggestion!
